Software License Types:
All our licenses are Honesty-Based and we Never send covert user data over the Internet.
We currently have two database styles which defines different licenses:
1. VistaDb     (Personal and Profession Series)
2. MS-SQL     (SQL-2000/2005 32bit/64bit)

Professional Licenses
The Professional License uses the embedded 32/64 bit VistaDb Database System from Gibraltar Software.
We have purchased a full distribution license for this fast high quality Dot Net compatible database system and hence we can give it to our customers free with our software.

Free Personal License

• Unlicensed
• Single User (C: usage drive only)
• Reduced Functionality (Single plan & 6 employees)
• Release Version 6 needs to be re-downloaded every 60 days (your data remains unchanged)

Single User Professional Personal License

• Licensed (single user only at a single site)
• License is made out in the name of a person
• Database must be located on C:\ drive
• Full Functionality
• Unlimited Free Technical and Software Support

Single Site Professional License

• Licensed (approximately 15 users at a single site)
• Multi User, Network Usage
• Full Functionality
• Unlimited Free Technical and Software Support

MS-SQL Licenses
When you purchase a license to run our software connected to an MS-SQL server, you also buy a Professional license, this makes it easy to opt in and out of the SQL server database.
Hence you can create private Strategic Plans on your own computer, or else work on a company Strategic Plan from your local hard drive whilst away from the office.
Our MS-SQL License Version does not include any Microsoft SQL CAL Licenses.
Our software will require installation by an experienced SQL administrator.
